Mighty Mo Photo Exhibit
The Annual Mighty Mo Photo Exhibit is an area photographic competition designed to complement Yankton’s Annual Riverboat Days celebration and to encourage and recognize the talents of area photographers. Combining photography, instant access to the Missouri River and the popularity of Riverboat Days makes this annual event one of the most popularly participated and anticipated exhibits. The exhibit is open to photographers of all experience and age levels.
The theme for the 2020 Annual Photo Competition and Exhibition (aka Mighty Mo Photo Show) is The Human Touch. Ten area photographers have entered the exhibition.
There are examples of human touch all around, but what does the human touch look like? Photographers can focus on the human hand and its ability to work, to create, to heal, to destroy. What is unique about the human and its ability to make a lasting and life-altering impact on the planet positively or negatively? Human touch can include human emotion, what does this look like? In these uncertain times, perhaps you are contemplating the lack of human touch.
