Kathryn Dehring

Aside from my love of all things art, my careers in life involved being a wife and grandmother, pastor, Hospital chaplain, and a registered nurse. I believe my art reflects all of these places in life, as well as a little whimsy here and there.Again, from more recent to long ago. I am currently retired from these and just focus on grandkids and my art. I have been married to Fred Dehring for 41 years and we share 4 now grown children. We also share 9 grandchildren.

At the age of 65, Kathyrn began to paint, which is where she is today. Her prayer is that her works may bring you joy, or at least pause to think. She likes exploring different styles of art, mostly with brush and acrylic on canvas. She has held art shows at Cloud Shadow Studio and Gallery, Mount Marty University, and held displays at Crimson Door, Crafter's Emporium, Riverboat days at the Center, and Lousiana Cafe coffee shop.
