ABOUT THE ARTIST
Terri Clark is graphic artist and co-owner of Cloud Shadow Studio & Art Gallery, in Wakonda, SD. As an artist, Terri works both independently and collaboratively (with her artist partner, Anthony DiMichele), in various genres including printmaking, photography & digital art.
She and Anthony host art exhibitions at Cloud Shadow Studio, as well as their virtual gallery online (https://www.cloud-shadow-studio.art/). Terri is also the Assistant Director at Yankton Area Arts.

ARTIST STATEMENT
I love the creative process, no matter the media. I am especially at home with digital collage and creative photography, where technical skills and creative inspiration co-mingle. The creative aspect (for me) is intuitive; and the technique subservient to the the creative impulse. Works are not planned around some clever technique or desired outcome, instead they blossom from the deep well of the subconscious - the realm of emotion, intuition, dream and archetype. New skills open new possibilities for expression, but they never drive the project.
